ubm4d Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

The following terms, where used in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

• "ubm4d" / "Platform" — The online casino, sportsbook, and gaming service operated under the domain ubm4d.club, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and associated applications.
• "Member" / "you" — Any individual who has successfully registered a ubm4d account and agreed to these Terms.
• "Account" — The personal, non-transferable account created by a Member on the ubm4d Platform to access the Services.
• "Services" — All games, wagering products, promotions, customer support, payment processing, and ancillary services offered via the ubm4d Platform.
• "Wallet" — The virtual balance held within a Member's ubm4d Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Member and cleared for wagering, excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds credited to a Member's Account under any promotional offer, subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity checks and proof-of-payment documentation required before a Member may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total betting volume a Member must complete before a Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — Any action described in Clause 9 of this Agreement, including but not limited to collusion, bonus abuse, and fraudulent payment activity.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a ubm4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ubm4d strictly enforces this age requirement. Any person found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned at ubm4d's discretion following identity verification.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your personal jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by ubm4d or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a person employed by ubm4d or any of its game studio or payment technology partners.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create a single ubm4d Account via the registration form available at /ubm4d-login. The registration process requires you to provide:

• A unique username of your choice.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• A secure password meeting ubm4d's minimum complexity requirements.
• Confirmation that you are aged 21 or above and accept these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

ubm4d enforces a one-account-per-person policy, defined as one account per individual, per device, per household IP address, and per payment method. Operating or attempting to operate more than one ubm4d Account constitutes Prohibited Conduct. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact support at [email protected] to recover it.

ubm4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without any obligation to the applicant.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ubm4d Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials private and not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings as soon as possible after registration.
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify ubm4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

ubm4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ubm4d and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

ubm4d is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, except where such loss results directly from ubm4d's own negligence or system breach.

5 Deposits

ubm4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. ubm4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Depositing funds from an account you do not own constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate account suspension.

ubm4d does not accept cash deposits, money orders, or payments via cryptocurrencies other than USDT at this time. ubm4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided via site announcement.

In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to banking infrastructure issues outside ubm4d's control, including Indonesian bank maintenance windows and public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi. In such cases, ubm4d will credit deposits as soon as the payment is confirmed by the processing network.

6 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except in cases where ubm4d support approves an alternative in writing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and e-wallets, and the USDT equivalent of Rp 100.000 for crypto withdrawals.
• Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully completed.
• ubm4d processes verified withdrawal requests within an average of five minutes. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to two hours. Requests pending beyond two hours should be escalated to the support team via live chat.

ubm4d reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ubm4d may request additional KYC documentation before releasing funds.

ubm4d charges no withdrawal fees from its side. Members may be subject to fees imposed by their own bank or e-wallet provider, over which ubm4d has no control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ubm4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and referral incentives. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Balances are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion's terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before the Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x the bonus amount").
• Eligibility: Bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time frame stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, including live baccarat, typically contribute less than slot games. Full contribution tables are available in the Casino Bonus section at /casino-bonus.
• Maximum Bet: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is Rp 100.000 unless the promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a Bonus Balance is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Abuse: ubm4d reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine risk.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all ubm4d gaming verticals. Specific rules for individual game types — including live baccarat, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sportsbook, and crash games — are available within the respective game lobby or product section.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface before a wager is placed. ubm4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void Bets: ubm4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that has been settled in error, affected by data feed failure, or determined to have been placed with knowledge of a known result (late betting). Voided bets return the stake to the Member's Wallet.
• Sportsbook: Sportsbook bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other covered markets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) are settled once all selections in the combination are resolved. One or more voided selections in a mix parlay reduces the accumulator leg count.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game round that prevents completion, the round may be voided and the stake returned. ubm4d will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical failure outside its direct control.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live game round, the game server will continue to process the round according to its standard logic. Reconnecting after disconnection will display the settled result. ubm4d is not responsible for connection issues on the Member's side.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the ubm4d Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one ubm4d Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name, including accounts belonging to family members or associates.
• Colluding with other players in any game type, including chip dumping in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted by ubm4d.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical fault in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage. Members who identify such faults are required to report them to support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, defined as registering multiple accounts, using VPNs, or applying any strategy specifically designed to extract value from bonus terms without genuine wagering risk.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Facilitating access to the Platform for any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Clause 2.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ubm4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a voluntary self-exclusion request, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Wallet will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method after a cooling-off period. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to Prohibited Conduct, ubm4d reserves the right to withhold part or all of the Wallet balance pending investigation. Members may appeal the decision by contacting [email protected] with full details. ubm4d will respond to appeals within 14 business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

ubm4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following tools, accessible from the account settings dashboard, to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cool-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from ubm4d for a minimum period of six months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. ubm4d will not send promotional communications to self-excluded members.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the ubm4d Platform — including but not limited to the ubm4d brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of ubm4d or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ubm4d content without express prior written permission.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubm4d's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ubm4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption to the Services caused by factors outside ubm4d's direct control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, banking infrastructure issues, Indonesian public holidays, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as described in Clause 4.
• Any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Platform in a manner that contravenes these Terms.

Nothing in this Clause limits ubm4d's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ubm4d's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14 Privacy & Data

ubm4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ubm4d implements 256-bit SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and access-controlled data infrastructure to protect Member data. ubm4d will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, game studios, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

15 Amendments

ubm4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the ubm4d website at least 14 days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by the conditions of ubm4d's gaming licence.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date. The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last update, is always available at ubm4d.club/terms-conditions.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ubm4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ubm4d internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body specified by the applicable governing law.

Members in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legal restrictions. Each Member is solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their personal jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. ubm4d makes no warranty that access to or use of the Services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and accepts no liability for any Member who uses the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

The language of these Terms is English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of this document and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
